Meet stefanie lukins!
Stefanie Lukins is a graduate of James Madison University and Richard Stockton College of NJ and is an Occupational Therapist specializing in the pediatric population. She is a mother to three children and had 3 very different birth experiences. Stefanie is passionate about helping moms prepare and recover from birth, especially if they had a challenging time. Stefanie loves to be physically active and encouraging others to do the same. Stefanie is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™.
