Rebecca McKinney attended Duquesne and Old Dominion University majoring in exercise science and physical therapy aide. Rebecca is married to her husband Matt and is the mother of two children. Her own birth experiences led her to become a well known birth advocate running a successful Birth Doula practice in North Florida. She is a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, a Spinning Babies Parent Educator, a Certified Lactation Counselor, and a Perinatal group fitness and personal trainer. Rebecca McKinney is certified in Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™.
