Erika Watson-Lawson is a Duval County native. Erika and her husband, Jerry, have 4 children that span from young adult to elementary schooler. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a masters degree in nutrition, and is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. Supporting new moms during postpartum has been something Erika has instinctively done since she was a child. Striving to educate and empower women holistically through nutrition, movement and as a birth/postpartum doula through her company Purely Nourishing Doula. Erika loves being a cheerleader and support person through out the pregnancy to postpartum journey. She centers her life around her faith and ministry, she enjoys going to the beach, cooking with family, and dancing.
