Start with shorter times in the pose and work up to 30 seconds. The main correction in this video is that the mother should NOT come down to the floor but rather have her partner help her back to an upright position on the sofa where she should sit in a kneeling position for about 2 mins to allow the ligaments that support the uterus lengthen evenly.
